Shaolin's relationship with Whitefield School, a specialist sports college in Colindale, goes back a few years. We have conducted a number of kickboxing classes here to pupils of all ages. For the last two years we have been privileged to be asked to provide an instructor to make a speech at the school's sports assembly and to award the prizes.

In 2009 this honour fell to 2nd Degree black belt instructor Geeroy Jackson, and this year to Chief Instructor, Kingsley Morgan. Kingsley began his speech with a demonstration of Shaolin destruction, smashing through a number of breeze blocks to demonstrate to his audience the power of dedicated training. He then continued to explain how he began practicing the martial arts and the benefits that this has brought him.

We look forward to maintaining our ties with Whitefield School in the coming years.
