We intend to continue to organise Shaolin bike rides. These will be, as much as posible, off the public highway and members will be welcome to bring family and friends. Watch this space for news of forthcoming dates which will be advised by our "cycling co-ordinator" Laz Diaz-Prior (Lazzer Dee to his friends!).
Laz, who trains with the Chief Instructor on Mondays and Thursdays at Elstree, would be keen to hear from you with interest in joining the squad and any ideas you have for making the rides as enjoyable as possible.
